Overview
Our refund policy lasts 14 days. An Order is eligible for refund only in case of order cancellation within 24 Hrs. from the Order Confirmation.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases, wellness products, Nutraceuticals, Skin care products and Cosmetics and personal care products.
Refunds
In case of Order cancellation, we will send you an email to notify approval of your refund request.
Once your refund is approved, refund will be processed, and will be automatically credited to the original method of payment within 14 Business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received a refund even after 14 Business Days, please check your bank account or original payment mode once for confirmation or contact our customer care.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
