We apologise for the inconvenience caused. our courier partner makes 3 delivery attempts before returning the order.

11. How do I Cancel My Order ?

Order can be cancelled before the order is dispatched. Steps to cancel the order if the Order is not dispatched:
Self Cancellation –
1. Go to My accounts > Orders > Select your product > Cancel Button (Valid for 6hrs)

In case you are not able to cancel the order, this means the order is dispatched. Please reach out to our customer care team for further assistance via email or call.

To track your order you just need to visit TRACK NOW and enter the AWB NO. or Order ID which is provided to your mail.
